By purchasing any product or service from Yesward Coaching LLC, you agree to this Payment & Refund Policy.
1. Payment Methods & Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your purchase.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Coaching Services & Single Sessions
- Classes, single coaching sessions, clarity sessions, and consulting sessions are non-refundable once booked.
- Reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
Coaching Packages & Group Coaching Programs
- You have 5 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund.
- If you choose to cancel within the first 30 days of the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total program cost.
- Cancellations made after 30 days from the program start date are non-refundable.
Digital Products, Courses, Live Events & Workshops
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All channeled messages and intuitive guidance provided by Nea Clare during live events, clarity sessions, and through content on https://www.yeswardcoaching.com are for entertainment purposes only. These services do not constitute medical, financial, legal, or professional advice.
By engaging in a channeled event or session, you agree that:
- No advice, direction, or recommendations will be given.
- Nea Clare does not diagnose conditions (physical, mental, or emotional) and will not answer questions related to pregnancy or death.
- Any referrals, tools, or resources mentioned are suggestions only, and you are responsible for using your own judgment.
- You should consult the appropriate professionals (medical, legal, financial, etc.) before making any decisions.
Yesward Coaching LLC and Nea Clare assume no responsibility for how you interpret or act on the information shared. By attending an event or session, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your choices and actions.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us first at nea@neaclare.com to attempt a resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension and loss of access to Yesward Coaching services. We reserve the right to contest any chargebacks with supporting documentation.
