Many capable leaders find themselves overriding their instincts and setting aside what they know in order to fit in, keep the peace, or move things along.
Over timees, leadership can become performative rather than grounded in real conviction, leading to a lack of passion, authenticity, and self-doubt.
Clarity Under Pressure™ is designed to interrupt that pattern.
This five-session cohort creates space for leaders to reconnect with their own wisdom, voice, and judgment and practice leading in a new way.
Each participant brings their own goals to they want to achieve: decisions they are navigating, tensions they are holding, or edges they want to grow into.
Through guided coaching conversations, reflection, and shared inquiry, the group becomes a practice field for clarity and self-trust.
The power of the cohort is not only the coaching — it is the collective learning, witnessing and practice.
As each participant explores the edges of who they are at their best, the group accelerates insight, courage, and growth for everyone involved.
You will learn faster and with greater depth than you could alone.
Throughout the program, participants learn to orient themselves using four Waypoints that restore clarity when pressure rises:
Perception — noticing what you already sense but may have overridden
Truth — naming what is real
Regeneration — reconnecting to what has life and meaning
Structure — building supports that allow clarity to hold
These Waypoints are not steps or techniques.
They are reference points for returning to yourself.
Support and continuity between group sessions is encouraged, and to support this, we have several methods:
This cohort is for women who carry real responsibility and feel the pressure of it – all the time.
You might recognize yourself here:
You’ve left meetings thinking, “I knew that wasn’t the right decision — why didn’t I say something?”
You’re trusted by others for your judgment, yet you still second-guess your own decisions.
You sense when something is off in a team or strategy but hesitate to name it.
You’re capable and respected, yet sometimes it feels like you’re managing perceptions instead of leading from what you actually believe.
You want a way to lead that feels honest, grounded, and fully your own.
You don’t need more advice.
You need space, structure, and a group of thoughtful peers where you can reconnect to your own perception, voice, and judgment — and practice leading from there.
